Peter specialises in Commercial Litigation, Commercial acquisition and sales and Personal Injury litigation. Allied to these areas of practice Peter is also a qualified Mediator under the Law Society Alternative Dispute Resolution Service. Until recently my time has been divided equally between litigation and commercial work. However in the current economic climate my time is now more taken up with litigation, both commercial and personal injury. In months prior to banking change in lending practices transactions completed included a Pharmacy outlet for £4,500,000.00, a retail outlet for £1,390,000.00 and a Storage business for £3,900,000.00, all requiring "whitewash" procedures to be completed.
