As part of our ISO 9001 Quality System we have in place process controls for all aspects of our legal work. Through our annual quality audits, we look to constantly monitor the effectiveness and appropriateness of our Quality System and change our processes as requirements arise.
Our fully networked computer system also enables us to integrate our computer processes with our ISO Quality System processes. Therefore by ongoing investment and modernisation of our computer system we are able to meet our clients' reporting requirements and to ensure that we continue to meet our stated objective of providing our clients with the highest standard of legal representation in Northern Ireland in which customer satisfaction is a priority.
