New Limits On Industrial Tribunal Awards For Unfair Dismissal And Redundancy Payments

The limits on awards applying to Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy Payment industrial tribunal cases have increased in Northern Ireland as of 6 February 2005. A week’s pay limit is now £280 and the compensatory award maximum is now raised to £56,800.
