— Elaine Kennedy

Elaine obtained her degree in Law from Queens University, Belfast in 2003 and thereafter, having completed her professional studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2005.

Prior to joining Campbell Fitzpatrick, Elaine worked for over 4 years in one of the top commercial firms in Belfast. During this time Elaine specialised in advising clients on all areas of non-contentious property law. In particular Elaine specialised in commercial property, advising a wide range of clients including telecommunication providers, retailers, public bodies, charities, financial institutions and both local and national businesses.

Elaine joined Campbell Fitzpatrick in March 2010 and continues to advise both commercial and private clients on all property matters.

In addition Elaine acts in civil defence litigation cases, particularly dealing with road traffic accidents and employer’s liability / public liability claims for insurance clients.
