— Brian Quinn

Brian Quinn studied Law at Queen's University,Belfast,after obtaining an M.A. in French and Spanish at the University of St.Andrews,Scotland and was admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 1988.

He specialises in Defence litigation,particularly in the Republic of Ireland, both in the Circuit Court and High Court.

He has extensive experience in the field of Family Law, in which he has developed a particular interest over the years. In January 2005 he was accredited to the Law Society of Northern Ireland's panel of solicitors entitled to accept instructions from the Northern Ireland Guardian ad Litem Agency to act on behalf of children in specified Public Law proceedings under the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995. Since then he has been instructed in a wide variety of cases involving applications by Health Trusts seeking to bring children into State care. He also deals with Probate and Administration of Estates.
