Compensation limits will increase from 1st February 2009.
The main changes are an increase from £63000 TO £66200 for limit on the compensatory award for unfair dismissal, and an increase from £330 to £350 for the maximum amount for a week's pay for calculations of basic or additional award for redundancy payments or unfair dismissal
